I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were large, incredibly clean, and the shower was amazing. It's also conveniently located within walking distance of the main plaza. The service was brilliant although there was room for improvement in professionalism. The location is fantastic, right in the center of everything, with friendly staff and great value for money. The dining experience was good, especially for Thai dishes. Overall, a lovely hotel with great amenities and a few minor areas for enhancement.
The hotel offers amazingly big and clean rooms, one of the best hotel bathrooms ever, and a convenient location close to the main plaza. The service was a mix of helpful and polite staff members while facing language barriers. Dining options cater more to local tastes, and the facilities are generally satisfactory.
